Frequently Asked Questions

How much do classes cost?
Classes are normally priced at $500. However, we have generous financial aid and scholarship money available. We strive to make our classes affordable for every family.

What if I can’t afford the class?
We recognize that families face all sorts of financial circumstances. Financial aid awards are generated automatically as part of the class registration process. If you still cannot afford the class after you receive your award, please contact us.

What is the class schedule?
Class schedules vary from school to school. Please click on your school’s name on the right side of the page to view specific schedules.

What if I miss a session?
In light of the many possible conflicts with our summer class schedules–sickness, vacations, summer camp, and other events–our instructors will be holding open office hours outside of regular class meetings. We will also offer make-up classes for students as needed. It’s best if we know about conflicts in advance so that we can fully accomodate each student’s needs.

Who will be teaching the classes?
When hiring staff, we look for motivated and enthusiastic individuals. All of our instructors are current college students or recent college graduates. Each has a background in one-on-one instruction and/or classroom teaching, and our rigorous training program includes instruction from current high school teachers.

Where do you hold classes?
We will be holding classes all over Rhode Island and southern Massachusetts this summer. Generally, classes take place at high schools, but please click on your school’s name on the right side of the page for specific details.
